Sailor Libra - Meioh Unmei

Now the Sailormoon art style comes back!

If you've noticed, I used the design of Sailor Lethe and Mnemosyne's uniforms as a basis for the Zodiacs' uniforms. I love how they look, really.

Anyway, this is Sailor Libra, Meioh Unmei. Her mother is Meioh Kuromi, Sailor Chibi Pluto, and her father's name was Matsuro, but he left when she was a toddler.

The belt around her waist holds a deck of Tarot cards printed with the original sailor-warriors, some of their friends, and a couple of their enemies. Each one summons an attack associated with that character, in some way.
