Destiny Deck - Libra

This is Meioh Unmei, Sailor Libra, granddaughter of Meioh Setsuna. She is one of the younger girls, and very much different from her own mother; she is a social butterfly and loves being with her friends. She lets others do the talking for her, but mostly because she is content to listen.

Her dress is based on her grandmother's, and her 'weapon' is actually a deck of tarot cards called the Destiny Deck whose images are based on various scenes from the career of Sailor Moon. (which I will work out eventually... it's a full deck, not just the major arcana)
